The sound experiments continue apace. If this album is a mash-up of styles and genres it is because I did not proceed with a predefined vision in mind. The goal was simple: follow a musical thread to its logical (or dream-logical) conclusion. The introduction of a MIDI keyboard controller, and the ensuing "instrumentation," provided a wider palette of possibilities. With one or two notable exceptions, compositions often evolved on the fly, in some cases gravitating around a simple floating chord progression, upon which bass lines and harmonic textures were layered. The introduction of fragments of sound design & snippets of recorded organic sound sourced from the Web, allowed for a stranger bandwidth than what can be expressed through the mere use of software FX. The album's title is of course, a made-up word, a pun, but one that hopefully captures the aim and effect of the music.

Once again, all drums and percussion loops were supplied care of Garage Band.

Brand plays an Ibanez SR1300 four string bass guitar, and uses a Fender Jazz bass ( fretless and fretted)
